Patrick is a professional executive coach and facilitator who has coached a broad spectrum of professionals to help them gain insight into their personal leadership situations, tackle tough challenges and take their careers to a higher level. His diverse expertise includes: executive coaching, leadership development and managing career transitions.

By combining his extensive experience in global Human Resources with Hewlett Packard, as well as his line management and operations history, he provides a broad-based perspective when coaching leaders. He has a strong track record in helping professionals assess their personal leadership assets and liabilities as well as improving their ability to address staff development responsibilities.

As an experienced web class instructor and facilitator, Patrick has the ability to coach in person, remotely or using a combination of both approaches. He has demonstrated success in creating extensive employee development programs for organizations of all sizes.

Patrick also works as a consultant for DBM, one of the largest firms in the world specializing in teaching displaced workers the skills and strategies necessary to find jobs. He was the co-leader of the team that recently rewrote the firmÝs executive webinar content.

Certified in Daniel GolemanÝs Emotional Intelligence, Patrick uses this powerful knowledge, as well as 360 degree assessments based on GolemanÝs EI model, in his coaching and leadership consulting.
