Judy Newman is a partner at JCris Consulting Group. Judy has more than 15 years of experience in Human Resources, Strategic Planning and Workforce Effectiveness. She specializes in promoting the rapid growth of employees while growing the bottom line and developing a corporate culture that supports both.

Her expertise includes employee training and development, performance management, HRIS system implementation, policy and procedure creation and documentation, competency-based development planning, succession planning and strategy implementation. She has worked with clients across many industries including pharmaceutical, energy, manufacturing, consumer products, financial services and education as well as with non-profit organizations.

Prior to forming Grey Heron Consulting, Judy was a Management Consultant at Gap International for ten years, coaching clients with Fortune 500 companies to achieve breakthrough business results. At Gap International, she also provided internal services in Human Resources, Compensation and Benefits and Organizational Development. She also has been an HR benefits consultant at The Hay Group, Frenkel & Company, and Sedgwick Noble Lowndes.

Judy received dual bachelor's degrees in Human Resources Management and Multinational Corporate Studies at Upsala College, where she was an honors student. She received certification as an Employee Benefit Specialist from the Wharton School of Business, International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, and has a certification from the Health Insurance Association of America.
